QuickBill statements are not only cost-effective; they’re professional looking. Each statement has a perforated top portion and a remittance envelope. You can even change the information that is displayed, such as: accepted credit cards, line-item descriptions and even invoice color. You can even customize the invoice with your contact information and logo.
All QuickBill statements receive National Change of Address Verification (NCOA) to ensure accurate delivery. Plus, address corrections are reported back to you for update in your patient files. It’s a great way to maintain contact with your patients.
