Notifi® automates all communication workflows and processes involving event driven parameters in the healthcare environment to ensure timely and accurate communication, to improve compliance and efficiency of care providers and to lower operating costs while improving the organization’s competitiveness. Notifi automatically communicates critical test results for various diagnostic departments to a provider’s preferred communication device (e.g. Smart phone, pager, etc.) and in the medium requested (e.g. email, SMS text, VOIP, FAX, etc.). It supports calendar sensitive communications to ensure alerts are sent to right provider based on their hours of coverage, vacation time, patient coverage, etc. Notifi will also automatically escalate alerts based on the organization’s policies to ensure critical test results are communicated within regulatory guidelines. In addition to CTRM support, Notifi is an Intelligent Communication Engine which automated a wide variety of clinical and operational forms of communications. Notifi can automatically alert PCPs in the event of their patient’s ADT events including sophisticated post discharge care follow up communications and assessments. Other automated communications include support for automated patient scheduling reminders, HIM department chart completion requests, automatic patient follow up medication reminders and even can improve dialogue between providers and payers with patients in the medical home.
