Infor IntelliChief is a full-featured document management and workflow solution, integrated with all Infor Series i ERP applications such as A+, LX, XA and more. It combines the features of many document and process management technologies into a single solution that is integrated and customized to user specifications.
IntelliChief performs all document delivery, processing, archiving and retrieval functions from the desktop and automates manual document-related tasks, approval processes and tasks such as three-way-matching. The system allows authorized users to access critical documents directly from their Infor ERP screens, greatly reducing lost documents and human error.
Documents storage in a centralized archive with highly-customizable document retention rules simplifies compliance with regulatory laws such as Sarbanes-Oxley and HIPAA. From the archive, users can also customize authorities to ensure that documents are only viewed and worked on by authorized users.
IntelliChief automatically pulls data from the user's Infor ERP to reindex documents with an unlimited number of index fields. This allows documents to be retrieved by many different user inputs.
