We have been with DTS for just over one year. DTS delivered what they promised - quality reports on time. My doctors are happy, which makes me happy.

My hospital has been with DTS for three years. Our TATs and quality have never been better. We put a rebate clause in our contract with DTS for any jobs returned to us out of TAT and under quality. But in three years, they've never had to pay a rebate, and they continue to spoil us with their TATs and high quality. I appreciate that DTS makes me look good to my superiors, and our clinicians have never been happier.

My hospital has been with DTS for three years. Before DTS, our work was late and we had quality problems. Since DTS, our work is always within TAT, they provide us monthly audits of quality -- never going below 99%, and their 24/7 customer service is phenomenal. We've never been in better hands, and don't plan to go anywhere else.

DTS converted my hospital to a full voice rec and front end speech facility. The on-site staff training was exceptional, and the service has met or exceeded our expectations. We now have satisfied physicians, and most importantly, HIM came in under budget for the first time in five years. DTS improved our technology while saving the hospital money.
