To ensure success, our professional implementation and services team work with customers to get them up and running in as few as 30 days, including the connection of data feeds and onsite training. If the implementation is especially complex, Ingenious Med can provide team members to assist with project management and workflow optimization.
Prior to go-live, your organization will be assigned an implementations manager, integrations analyst, application trainer, strategic account manager and consultant as needed. During the initial kick-off meeting, you will be notified of these resources and provided detailed information on each person’s background and experience. Then we:
> Develop a steering committee to spearhead the project and ensure that decisions made during the implementation process remain aligned with overall goals
> Establish a complementary steering group, including executive champions, led by a dedicated strategic account manager to provide the necessary guidance
> Provide enterprise consultation to corporate, physician, administrative, billing, compliance, technical and other client leadership to understand existing operational workflows and relevant corporate policies
> Offer individual consultation sessions with each specialty to understand current
