My hospital has been with DTS for three years. Before DTS, our work was late and we had quality problems. Since DTS, our work is always within TAT, they provide us monthly audits of quality -- never going below 99%, and their 24/7 customer service is phenomenal. We've never been in better hands, and don't plan to go anywhere else.

DTS converted my hospital to a full voice rec and front end speech facility. The on-site staff training was exceptional, and the service has met or exceeded our expectations. We now have satisfied physicians, and most importantly, HIM came in under budget for the first time in five years. DTS improved our technology while saving the hospital money.
